Margaret Bacon

Margaret Durrence Bacon, 101 passed away, Tuesday, July 26, 2016. She was born November 22, 1914 to Harvey and Sabra Tootle Durrence and lived in Glennville all of her life. She was employed with First Citizens Bank where she served as Assistant Vice President and Auditor for many years. She was a member of Glennville First Baptist Church and is preceded in death, by parents, husband, Foster Bacon, sister, Myrtice Giradeau, brothers, Cecil Durrence and Lowell Durrence.
She is survived by, Nephews, Gene Anderson of Melbourne, FL
Jared Durrence of Glennville, GA
John Ronald Durrence of Claxton, GA
Several other relatives also survive.
Visitation will begin, 9:00 am, Friday, July 29, 2016 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 am, Friday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
