Margaret Cannon Busby, 84, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Evans Memorial Hospital. The Stockport England native had lived in Glennville since 1945. She was a homemaker, a member of Calvary Baptist Church and served as secretary of the Migrant Ministry. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She is preceded in death by, Husband, George Busby; Sons, John and Danny Busby; Brother, Bernard Cannon, Grandsons; Kevin Futch and Tony Kissinger.
She is survived by her Children: David Busby of Glennville
Lloyd "Sam" Busby (Patty) of Reidsville
Helen Blake (Scott) of Glennville
Cathy Futch (Kelvin) of Glennville
Laura Kissinger of Glennville
Marie Tuttle (Paul) of Orange Park FL.
Sisters: Frances Bellis, Dorren Rowan both of England
Daughter in law: Ann Busby Stanley of Glennville
Twenty Seven Grandchildren, Forty Five Great- Grandchildren, One Great- Great Grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, May 25, 2012 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
