Margie Ann Collins Bowen, 60, died Sunday, November 27, 2001 at Evans Memorial Hospital. The Metter native had lived in this area most of her life. She was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. She was a dedicated mother to a handicapped daughter and always thought of her welfare and helping those in need. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James L. Collins and Madelene Kight Collins; sister, Betty J. Collins Cason; brothers, James Jr. & Jimmy Collins.

A host of nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Brannen-Kennedy Chapel with Rev. Bruce Conner and Rev. Bryan Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins.
