Glennville
Mary Frances Stubbs Boatright, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. The Glennville native lived in Swainsboro for many years moving back to Glennville in 1981. She was a homemaker, a loving and caring wife and a friend to many and a member of Glennville First Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon E. Stubbs and Georgia Weathers Stubbs; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Sue Stubbs; brother, Jimmie E. Stubbs; nephew, Eddie W. Stubbs.
Survivors:
Husband: Walter D. Boatright of Glennville
Several nephews and cousins also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Friday, June 13, 2014 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, June 14, 2014 from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Glennville City Cemetery.
