Merilees Waters

Merilees Durrence Waters, 87 passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Glenvue Nursing Home under the care of her family, Glenvue Nursing Home Staff and Ogeechee Area Hospice. The Tattnall County native had lived here all of her life. She was an Avon Consultant for over 40 years and a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a great grandmother and a member of Love's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husband of 64 years, Earl Waters, daughter, Earlene Wasson, grandson, Thomas Moffett, brother, Hugh Durrence

She is survived by,

Daughters and sons in law, Darlene & Dale Kicklighter
Beth & Shawn Stubbs
Morris Wasson all of Glennville

Sisters, Syble Tootle of Glennville
Etrenda Swan of Jacksonville FL.

7 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, November 14, 2011 at Love's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
