Michael E. "Mickey" Stubbs, 60, died Sunday, January 2, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mickey was born in Chicago, Illinois and lived in this area most of his life. He was retired from civil service at Ft. Stewart and employed with Georgia Nuggets as Operations Supervisor. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish. He was a member of the Glennville Free Will Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Howell B. Stubbs.

Grandchildren:Alexis & Olivia Durrence; Mallory, Michael Evan & Morgan Stubbs.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
