Mildred Woodrum

August 14, 1925 — December 2, 2013

Mildred "Midge" P. Woodrum, 88, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 at Southern Manor in Statesboro. She was a native of Tattnall County and lived here most of her life. She was a homemaker, member of Glennville Garden Club, VFW Auxiliary Post #8379 and a member of Love's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husband, Walter W. Woodrum.
Survivors include:
Son & Daughter-in-Law: David & Suzanne Woodrum of Savannah
Daughters & Son-in-Law: Fran & Mike Dubberly of Manassas, VA
Pollian Camp of Lawrenceville, GA
Sisters: Gaynell Anderson of Glennville
Nett Hatten of Statesboro
5 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren,
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder Jim Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jeff Dubberly, Matthew Montford, Ross Dunn, Nathan Vickery, Bryce Dunn, Elliott Anderson.
