Pansy Griner

June 26, 1941 — February 15, 2013

Pansy Tootle Griner, 71 passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at her residence. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville all of her life and as a 1959 Graduate of Glennville High School. She was retired from the Department of Corrections as a Sergeant at Rogers State Prison. She will best be remembered for her love of Gospel Music and her voice and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by parents, Tom & Willa Mae Tootle, Sister Peggy Carr.
She is survived by: Children, Mitchell Griner of Marietta Georgia
Devi Griner of Statesboro, Georgia
Sister, Patsy Tootle Fuller of Glennville
Grandchildren, Laura Mahon, Jeremy Griner, One Great Grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM, Monday, February 18, 2013 at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Church Cemetery.
The body will be taken to the Church at 2:00 PM, to lie in state.
