Patesal Lee

Metter - Mrs. Patesal Mae Bird Lee, 87 of Metter died Monday at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. The Tattnall County native had lived most of her life in Candler County. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church and attended Metter Freewill Baptist church. She was an accomplished seamstress, having worked at Twin City Manufacturing and Metter Manufacturing for many years.

Mrs. Patesal was pre-deceased by her Husband; Wilbert Lee, an infant daughter, May Lee, two sons, Henry and W.L. Lee, a grandson Richard Lee, Sr. Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Patsy Lee of Metter, and granddaughter-in-Law Terri Lee of Metter, one brother, George L. Bird of Spokane, Washington, 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Patesal will be conducted Thursday, March 19, 2015 4:00pm at the Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes, Metter Chapel with Rev. Johnny Beasley officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
Pallbearers: Derek Averett, Billy Lee, Jimmy Lee, Richard Lee, Jr., William Hardiman, Tony Ramirez.
