Warren Brannen, 75, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was born in Glennville October 7, 1941 to Ben and Edith Kennedy Brannen and lived here all of his life. He retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart and was a farmer. He loved to be outdoors, camping and working with his hands and was a U.S Coast Guard Veteran. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a member of Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church where he served as church clerk and Sunday School Teacher. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Daniel Brannen and a sister, Glenda Brannen Smith.

Don (Kristin) Durrence of Maryland
Dana Durrence of Glennville, Georgia
Brother, John (Pat) Brannen of Glennville, Georgia
Grandchildren, Bryon (Mara) Brannen, Brooke Brannen, Dalton and Jacob Durrence, Carley and Courtney Durrence; Great Grandchildren, Evan and Levi Brannen, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm, Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder WH Durrence and Elder Clay Gill officiating. Burial will be in Loves Chapel Church Cemetery.
