Metter- Richard Lee, Sr. 52, of Metter died Sunday morning at Candler County Hospital. He was a native of Candler County having lived here all his life. He retired after 33 years of service with the City of Metter. Some of his hobbies were hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and watching the Western Channel on television. He was of the Baptist faith. He is predeceased by his father W.L. Lee

Richard is survived by his wife Terri Lee of Metter, sons Richard (Bridgett) Lee, Jr. of Metter, Billy Lee of Metter, and Mikey Lee of Metter; mother Patsy Lee of Metter; brother Jimmy (Debbie) Lee, of Oak Park, sisters Roxanne (Roy) Biggers, Missy (Terry) Biggers, and Linda (Tony) Ramirez all of Metter. Also surviving are 3 Grandchildren Dylan Lee, Gavin Lee, and Madelynn Lee all of Metter.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 6pm-8pm at Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel.

Funeral service will conducted Tuesday at 11am at Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel, with the Rev. Johnny Beasley officiating.

Burial will be at a later date.
