Ricky Dukes

Ricky F. Dukes,"Dr. Hook" 62, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013. He was born March 20, 1951 to Frank and Betty Ann Sikes Dukes and lived here all of his life. He was employed with the Glennville Police Department and Tattnall County Sheriff's Department for many years. He was self employed as a Auto Body Craftsman and employed with Baxter's Body Shop. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, NASCAR and was a Georgia Bulldog Fan. He enjoyed being with his family and was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Randy.
He is survived by, Wife of 23 years, Belinda Dukes of Glennville
Children, Vicki (Kasey) Bruce of Glennville
Ricky Dukes Jr. of Glennville
Harley Dukes and Lawrence Bradley of Glennville

Mother, Betty A. Kilby of Glennville
Ann Dasher of Glennville, Mother of Children, Vicki and Ricky Jr.,

Grandchildren, Jagger Bruce, London Bunton, niece, Marie Beaupre of Guyton.
Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home of Glennville.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Monday, December 2, 2013 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. James M. Holland officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
