Ronnie Gene Flowers

Ronnie Gene Flowers, 73, passed away peacefully on November13, 2024, at Tattnall Health Care in Reidsville, Georgia. He was born on February 18, 1951, in Waycross, Georgia to Jack and Rosella Strickland Flowers and lived in this area all of his life. Ronnie was a devoted family man whose legacy will endure in the hearts of all who knew him as a beloved father, grandfather, and brother.

He dedicated many years of his life to serving his country as he was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Following his military service, Ronnie embarked on a fulfilling career in civil service at Ft. Stewart. He also contributed to the community by working at WKIG Radio Station.

Ronnie was known for his loving and caring nature, always putting family and friends at the forefront of his life. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, as well as the time he spent interacting with the nursing staff and visitors at Tattnall Health Care. He was a member of Stoney Hill Free Will Baptist Church.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Jennifer Flowers and brother's, Jerry Flowers and Jack Flowers.

Children, Michelle N. Davis of Glennville, Georgia

Sisters, Janet Williams of Jacksonville, Florida
Dottie Harden of Glennville, Georgia

Grandchildren, Brittney Fried and Sklyar Flowers

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Stoney Hill Church Cemetery.
