Stevie Lynn, 53, died Wednesday June 27 after an extended illness. Stevie was a lifelong resident of Tattnall County, a 1977 graduate of Reidsville High School and Swainsboro Technical College with a degree in Heating and Air. He was retired from Pike Electric after 20 years as a lineman. He enjoyed woodworking, flower gardening and fishing.
He was predeceased by his parents William Harold and Sue Nell Powell Lynn, one sister and two brothers.
Survivors; Wife; Diana Carter Lynn, Son; Sean Wesley (Brittany J. ) Lynn, Sisters; Dianne (Dean) Collins, Leisa Smith, Brothers; Clyde (Karen) Lynn, Charles Lynn all of Collins, Sisters - in- Law and Brothers - In - Law; Judy (Donnie) Johnson of Cobbtown, Melinda (Clay) Sharpe of Jacksonville FL, Trina Scott of Bloomingdale, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday June, 30 at the Collins First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery, the body will lie in state one hour before the service. Visitation will be Friday evening at the Cobbtown Chapel from 6-8. The family will cherish flowers or remembrances to Pancreatic Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 200, Mahattan, CA 90266
