Susan Leedy

Susan L. Leedy, 76, passed away, Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro, Georgia. She was born June 29, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of John Lawrence "Larry" and Violet Mae Hulme. As a young girl she enjoyed ice skating in her backyard during the Michigan winters and camping with her parents and sisters. Susan served in the US Army as a Specialist-Four and was honorably discharged in Ft. Knox, Kentucky on April 10, 1963. She enjoyed vacationing in Destin Beach and Marco Island with her family and drawing pictures in her spare time. She was known for her dedication and love to her family and is preceded in death by her parents.

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
A private burial will be held at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
