Metter Tammy Donaldson
Tammy (Miles, Price) Donaldson, 38, died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah. She was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Candler County. She graduated with honors from Metter High School in 1992, was an All American Cheerleader in 1992, and was the first female on the Metter High School Golf team and received the Dan J. Parrish Award in golf. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Medical College of Georgia as a Registered Nurse in 1996 and was the recipient of the Veterans Administration Valor Award. Tammy was a loving Mother to her pride and joy, Ansley Grace, enjoyed fishing and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Dr. Robert S. Robinson of Metter.

Surviving: mother; Suzie Robinson of Metter, father and stepmother; Joseph "Buck" and Dawn Price of Erin, NY, stepfather; Arthur Miles of Metter, husband; Jamey Donaldson of Metter, daughter; Ansley Grace Donaldson of Metter.
Sisters; Bonnie Robinson of Wilmington, N.C., Gail Clark of Reidsville, GA, Sara Rucker, Sharon Price both of Erin, NY. Brothers; Cliff Price of Dahlonega, GA, Joseph Price, III., of Erin, NY, Ted Price of Edgefield, SC, Tommy Robinson of Statesboro, GA. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. at Kennedy Morgan Brannen Funeral Homes Metter chapel with Rev. Michael Kennedy and Rev. Jesse Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in the Lake Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening 6-8 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jordan Bennett, Robert Bennett, Scott Carroll, Cosby Clark, Steve W. Haygood, Gregg Wolff.
