Thomas Rogers

Thomas "Tommy" Frank Rogers, 54, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Optim Medical Center. He was born in Glennville October 30, 1960 to Derrell and Mary Sikes Rogers and lived in Glennville all of his life. He was a 1978 Graduate of Pinewood Christian Academy and employed with Civil Service at Ft. Stewart for the past 33 years. He was a member of Glennville First Baptist Church, Sapelo Salt Water Fishing Club and loved to fish and hunt. Known as ‘Tom Tom." by his grandchildren, he was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Rogers, mother in-law and father in-law, Jack and Eunice DuRose, a nephew, Josh Rogers.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 PM Tuesday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev Mike Howard and Elder David Summerford officiating. Burial will be in Beards Creek Church Cemetery.
