Twindle Iddins

Twindle Sands Iddins, 89 died peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 under the care of her loving family and Hospice Advantage. She was born on December 2, 1923 the only child of Claude and Della Moody Sands. She was a 1941 graduate of Reidsville High School where she was the Salutatorian of her class and was a graduate of Jones Business College in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Twindle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved nothing more than being surrounded by her family. She was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and is preceded in death by a daughter, Claudette Durrence Collins.
She is survived by, Husband of 64 years, Retus Iddins
Son, Donald Durrence and Wife, Linda
Daughter, Regis Kimbrell and Husband, Steve all of Reidsville
Nine Grandchildren, Eleven Great-Gandchildren, special caregivers, Myrna Milstrey and Betty Wilson also survive.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Steve Kimbrell officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Baptist Church Cemetery.
