Victor E. Higgs, 65 passed away Saturday December 31, 2011 at his residence in Florida after an extended illness. He was born in Glennville, February 12, 1946 to Bascom and Esemae Stanfield Higgs. He had lived in Florida most of his life and employed with Progress Energy of Florida as an Electrician. He was of the Mormon Faith.
He is survived by his Wife, Wanda Higgs of Old Town, Florida
Brother, Bobby Higgs
Several aunts, uncles nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held, Monday January 2, 2012 at Pigot Branch Church Cemetery with Elder Kenny Watson officiating.
