William Blocker, Jr.

William "Bill" Monroe Blocker Jr,.69, passed away Saturday August 21, 2010 at Evans Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville all of his life. He was a retired farmer and a avid race car fan. He attended Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Regenia Blocker, parents, Monroe and Thelma Blocker.
He is survived by, Son, Cale Blocker of Glennville
Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Monday, August 23, 2010 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Spencer Moore, Elder Hugh Thompson and Elder David Summford officiating. The body will lie in state at the Church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Beards Creek Church Cemetery.
