Willie Carr

Willie L."Bill" Carr, 82 passed away, Friday, November 26, 2010 at his residence under the care of his family and Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was born in Appling County and lived in this area most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from the construction industry as a roofer.

He is survived by,

Children, Shirley O'Neal and Linda Burke both of Glennville

Carol Harris (Jeff) of Claxton

Eight Grandchildren, Nine Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin 6:00 pm Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, November 29, 2010 at the chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery
